Class Schedule

Hi Everyone!
It's official, my foot is broken and surgery is not totally ruled out yet.  The next three weeks for me are critical to keep my foot stable in the boot, so I won't be demo-ing anything.  I appreciate all of your help cleaning up after yourselves around the gym.  The less I move the better (which is extremely hard for me).  The bone is completely broken and my goal is for it to fuse on it's own.  The surgery involves a plate and screws and I don't want another surgery period, so my goal is to heal.  Thank you all for your help and consideration.  I couldn't do what I do without you.  Big thanks to Kirsten for letting me borrow your boot!  The doctors said that I would be in surgery now if I hadn't gotten in to that boot when I did.  So thank you!
REMINDER:
THIS WEEK, the gym will be closed Thursday evening (24th) and all day Friday (25th).  PG&E is putting in a new transformer and we won't have power.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience but wanted to give you the heads up so you can plan accordingly.
