In life we are told ~SQ~NO, no you can~SQ~t~SQ~ over 10,000x~SQ~s before we reach the age of 18, and I~SQ~m here to tell you, ~SQ~YES you CAN!~SQ~ That~SQ~s a LOT of ~SQ~YES, YES YOU CAN~SQ~S~SQ~ you~SQ~re going to get from me, in order to cancel out what~SQ~s been engraved in our minds all of these years. <br> <br>My greatest joy is to see a client through conquering their biggest fear. CrossFit gyms can be intimidating, and I too, have been, and continue to be intimidated by certain things. That is why I wanted to create a space where every movement taught makes sense and relates to our every day life. Every one of us can do a handstand push up, or conquer a pull up. The magic, is finding out exactly where you are in the progression, and fine tuning your journey. Removing the intimidation factor is 95% of what keeps us from doing things. Fear, is a powerful thing, if we give it power. So we don~SQ~t. Not at G-Theory CrossFit. <br> <br>I~SQ~m motivated to help my clients find the hidden potential that lies within them. Conquering fear is a part of it. Knowing yourself and opening your mind up to the endless possibilities of what you can do, is what we are all about here at G-Theory CrossFit. <br> <br>I come from a place of compassion and understanding, but also have a competitive nature that is, and will forever be, embedded in my genetic makeup. I~SQ~m relentless about keeping my people safe. Safety is #1 with me. It~SQ~s just not worth it. I~SQ~ve had 12, yes 12, knee surgeries collectively between both knees, 1 hip surgery, 1 foot surgery....yeah, I think that~SQ~s it. TOO MANY! I~SQ~ve relied on coaches in the past to protect me when I was the athlete. Ever since I became a certified crossfit trainer over 7 years ago, I took it seriously, and have been driven to help protect people with correct form to prevent injury. I take tremendous responsibility in the position of Owner and Head Trainer at G-Theory CrossFit. My job is to keep you safe, period.
