RxGOAL:  10min
1:50-2:15 on the Run, and performing  Squats in 1-2 sets.

Rx2GOAL:  10min
Same distance but it isn’t taking any longer than 2:30 to complete. Front Squat reps have been reduced in order to be able to perform the work in 1-2 sets, as form tends to degrade under fatigue; we don’t want reps being performed with low elbows.
