    *Parallette/Hurdle Lateral Jumps-two foot take
     off (double reps)
GOAL:  7min

    *Push-ups
    *Alt. Pistols (Backward Lunge-elevated)
    *Parallette/Hurdle Lateral Hops (double reps)
GOAL:  7-8min
This workout will tax the shoulders and mid-line on the Ring Push-ups, balance and squat on the Pistols, and be more metabolic on the jumps. The workout will be fast and test muscular stamina and wind!
