Pistols (Backward Lunge-elevated) *Parallette/Hurdle Lateral Hops (double reps) GOAL: 7-8min This workout will tax the shoulders and mid-line on the Ring Push-ups, balance and squat on the Pistols, and be more metabolic on the jumps.
