Rx:  5 rounds for time of:
    *9 Back Squats (185/135 lb.)
    *200-m Run
    *Rest 2 min.

    *9 Back Squats
    *200-m Run
    *Rest 2 min.

SCALING:
Back Squats: Scale load as needed.
Run: Modify to 200-m Row if needed.

GOAL:  20min

Rx: 2-2:30/each round
Run as hard as you can for the 200-m Sprint, then take the full 2 minutes to get heart rate back down as low as possible before starting again. The legs will start to feel it after Round 3, so the last two rounds will be about hanging in there and pushing hard.

Rx2:
Choose a weight that allows 9 reps unbroken, but last 2 or so should be a struggle.
