SCORING:
Total number of reps completed in each round (8 separate scores).
GOAL:
The name of the game in this workout is pacing. Find a pace at around 75 percent in the front end and 80-85 percent in the back end so you can keep moving. Even if you hold back in the first half and try harder in the second, the scores will probably end up evening out due to fatigue. EVERYONE's goal to not drop off in the second round of movements (the back half of the workout) by more than 2-3 Muscle-ups and 5-7 Sit-ups, C2B, and DB Thrusters.

I've been doing CrossFit for about two years now and have tried out several different gyms. G-Theory is outstanding-- coaches are more attentive and knowledgeable about proper form and mobility than any other gyms I've tried. Lots of personal a

Coach Ginger, owner of G-Theory, has literally changed my life. As a 66 year old woman, I entered Cross Fit with some trepidation. It didn't look like other gyms. There were no machines plugged into outlets and all around me were weights, barbel

I heard about this gym while I was in physical therapy for a shoulder impingement. I quickly learned that it is through exercise and movement that injuries heal - not through non-movement. Ginger and all the excellent coaches provide alternative
