HALLOWEEN - ZOMBIES VS. HUMANS!!!
Score = Pull-up reps + Lunge Reps + Row (meters)
Every 5 min., a new round starts and every 10 min., a new movement starts. There will be a total of 6 100-m Sprints performed for each person.

1st 10minAMRAP:
    *Min. 1: Zombie performs AMRAP Chest-to-Bar
     Pull-ups
     (Human watches)

    *Min. 2: Zombie attempts to catch Human in
     100-m Sprint.

    *Min. 3-5: Human performs 10 Burpees if they
     were caught, otherwise both rest.

Switch: Zombie becomes Human and Human becomes Zombie.

Repeat with:
2nd 10min AMRAP:
    *Jumping Lunges (reps)
3rd 10min AMRAP:
    *Rowing (metres)

For the body-weight movements, aim for big sets and short rests. Repeat. Top finishers will be able to get 20+ reps for all movements. For the Rowing—no resting! Aim for at least 10+ calories. Run hard. Don’t give up, CATCH that Human! But don’t fall over! :)
