GOAL: (GO FOR AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE IN DUBS AND STEP UPS AND SURVIVE THE HOLDS!!  :)
(Rx) Top athletes should aim for around 50+ Double-unders per round and 10+ Step-ups per round.
(Rx2) Must be challenged enough to get the desired stimulus, but not so much that you need to come down from the Holds more than 3-4 times within a minute.
