CrossFit WOD 182012(Time, Rx2) (Rx) 4 Rounds *1 min. Double-unders *1 min. Chin-Over-Bar Hold *1 min. Step-ups (50/35 lb Dumbbells) *1 min. Plank Hold *1 min. Rest ______________________________________________________ (Rx2) 4 Rounds *1 min. Double-under attempts *1 min. Chin at Top of Ring-Row Hold *1 min. Step-ups *1 min. Plank Hold *1 min. Rest ______________________________________________________ SCORE: Total reps of Double-unders and Step-ups for all 4 rounds. There is a penalty for coming down from the Holds. Every time you drop down from a Hold, subtract 5 reps off their total score. GOAL: (GO FOR AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE IN DUBS AND STEP UPS AND SURVIVE THE HOLDS!! :) (Rx) Top athletes should aim for around 50+ Double-unders per round and 10+ Step-ups per round. (Rx2) Must be challenged enough to get the desired stimulus, but not so much that you need to come down from the Holds more than 3-4 times within a minute.
