GOAL: The key to getting through this workout today in sub-12 min. Is choosing the right load and pacing the Clusters properly. Use the Prep time to find a number that is going to be manageable to pick up, perform, put down, rest a little, and go again. Going out hot and performing a big set from the start is not going to help you down the line and will slow you down a lot. The same goes for the Pull-ups: Even if you can perform these in singles without failing, that is fine, as long as they keep moving as quickly as possible.
