For those that have barbells at home or want to get creative with this workout.
(Rx) AMRAP 8 min.
4 Squat Cleans (95/65 lb.)

4 Squat Cleans / or OBJECT SQUAT CLEANS (propane tanks work great! EMPTY OR FULL!)

SCORE: As many rounds and reps as possible in 8 min.
GOAL: Rx athletes should shoot for 8 rounds, which could turn the workout into an EMOM—and that would be spicy, to say the least! Everyone else should aim for around 5-6 rounds, assuming they have scaled appropriately.
BEGINNERS-or anyone new or just coming back from injury or sickness: Work really hard to try to perform a round every minute or shoot for a total of 6-7 rounds to make up for the lack of high-skill movements.
