SCORE: How far did you go? Total rounds completed within the 2.5min.
GOAL: Finish all 34 reps of each round within the 2.5min cap. If you don't finish, move on to the next round. You'll start each round, whether you finished the last round or not.

You want to move hard, but at a controlled pace. Don't go too fast, it will prove unfavorable. Don't go too slow or you will have no rest before starting the next round and you'll fight to finish. At some point, comfort is no longer an option. Make it a goal to start each round after the previous one ends. Just keep swimming.
