GOAL: Everyone will struggle with shoulder fatigue due to the Barbell loading followed by HSPUs. Adjust the loading of the Overhead Lunges to allow yourself to finish in 2-3 sets. Allow for Kipping HSPUs. The goal time for this workout is 8-12 min. Top athletes closer to 6-7 min.
