212002(Time) As a team of four, station rotations: * Every 2 min., rotate stations 3 ROUNDS: Barbell Farmers Carry Bench Presses Flip Something Push/Drag Something _______________________________________ On the call of “2 min.,” you move to the next station. You can switch to whichever station you like, but you must spend an equal amount of time at every station, three times each. There is no rest between rounds or movements. You can track your own score for the workout, and then as a team, you can add those individual scores up at the end. (50m=1rep) for the drags, the carries and the flips.
