C&J / unbroken should be manageable for most, but a good way to keep heart rate down and manage recovery after weightlifting is to perform the reps in singles with short breaks between reps. The clean and jerks shouldn’t take longer than 40 seconds per round. A good goal is to accumulate around 3K meters for males and slightly less for females.
