GOAL: The goal for most should be to perform as many movements/rounds unbroken as possible.
The workout has a total of 175 KB swings, which is high volume. These are going to get spicy around rounds 3 or 4. The load shouldn’t feel heavy, but the unbroken nature combined with the fatigue from the lunges will start to compound on these swings.
