221221(Rounds) AMRAP 14 min. *20 Speed-skaters *15 Jumping Air Squats *10 Push-ups *5 V-ups *200m RUN ________________________________________ SCORE: As many rounds as possible in 14min. GOAL: Have fun and move well. There is a lot of dynamic movement with the Jumping Air Squats and V-ups, so you will start to fatigue pretty quickly. Ideally, all movements will be performed unbroken each round. You might want to pick a number you know you can get on the Push-ups and take a quick rest once you have reached it. The goal is to not go to failure on the Push-ups, as they are hard to recover from.
