Intended Stimulus
2021 CrossFit Games Event 10.
20:00-30:00.
Fastest time was 21:10 (as an individual).
Target Time | 20:00-30:00.

Today you get to hit a partner version of event 10 from the 2021 CrossFit Games where the fastest individual time was 21:10.
Get ready for some hip flexor fatigue and a true test of your toes-to-bar stamina, especially under fatigue from the longer run efforts.
Partner up and break up the toes-to-bars and run efforts as you see fit, ideally smaller quick sets to stay fresh and move quickly.
If you plan to hit this one Rx’d, you should be able to perform consistent toes-to-bar sets of 5-10 and a 400-meter run in 2 minutes or less.
Work on fast transitions and be sure to trade off before hitting failure.

I’ve been part of a handful of gyms over the years, and G Theory CrossFit has been the best! The community is amazing, and whether you’re new or experienced, you instantly feel welcomed. It honestly feels like a family, which is something I

I heard about this gym while I was in physical therapy for a shoulder impingement. I quickly learned that it is through exercise and movement that injuries heal - not through non-movement. Ginger and all the excellent coaches provide alternative

Coach Ginger, owner of G-Theory, has literally changed my life. As a 66 year old woman, I entered Cross Fit with some trepidation. It didn't look like other gyms. There were no machines plugged into outlets and all around me were weights, barbel

I've been doing CrossFit for about two years now and have tried out several different gyms. G-Theory is outstanding-- coaches are more attentive and knowledgeable about proper form and mobility than any other gyms I've tried. Lots of personal a
