    *1. Step up/Step down on the boxes—Bear
          Crawl Back
    *2. Lateral Step up/Step down on the boxes—
          Walking Lunges + Samson Stretch back

           Inchworm back
    *4. Jump up, then hop to each box—Crab Walk
           back
