All 9 reps are to be performed every minute: 3 Power Snatches + 6 Back Squats every minute. This is a really aggressive rep count with little rest time.  Rx weight is heavy but the intention is for it to be moderate at the start of the workout and ability to lift same weight for all 20 sets.
