CrossFit WOD 180510

(Time, Rx2)
(Rx)  3 Rounds
    *750-m Row
    *9 Ring Muscle-ups
*10 Hang Power Cleans (75/55 lb.)
    *Rest 90 seconds
______________________________________________________(Rx2)  3 Rounds
    *500-m Row
    *12 Ring MU Transitions
    *10 Hang Power Cleans
    *Rest 90 seconds

SCORE:  Time to complete
GOAL:
The goal is to start off at a manageable pace on the Row. The distance isn’t necessarily a sprinting distance, so don't sprint since you have MUs coming up afterward. When you transition into the MU, be calculated with your reps and attempts. Don't to failure. Everyone should be challenging themselves in terms of complexity and volume for your MU or modifications. The Hang Power Cleans should be an unbroken sprint at the end. The goal across the board would be to finish each round in no longer than 6 minutes.

I’ve been part of a handful of gyms over the years, and G Theory CrossFit has been the best! The community is amazing, and whether you’re new or experienced, you instantly feel welcomed. It honestly feels like a family, which is something Iâ€

I heard about this gym while I was in physical therapy for a shoulder impingement. I quickly learned that it is through exercise and movement that injuries heal - not through non-movement. Ginger and all the excellent coaches provide alternative

I've been doing CrossFit for about two years now and have tried out several different gyms. G-Theory is outstanding-- coaches are more attentive and knowledgeable about proper form and mobility than any other gyms I've tried. Lots of personal a
