CrossFit WOD 180610(Time, Rx2) (Rx) 5 Rounds (115/75#) *100-m Overhead Barbell Carry *12 Back Squats *200-m Back-Rack Barbell Carry *9 Overhead Squats ______________________________________________________ (Rx2) 5 Rounds *100-m Barbell Carry *12 Back Squats *200-m Barbell Carry *9 Overhead Squats ______________________________________________________ SCORE: Time to complete (25min) GOAL: Pacing this workout and finding a good balance between intensity and stability will be key. After the 100-m OH Carry, bring the bar immediately to the Back Rack for the Back Squats. Then, go immediately into the 200-m Back-Rack Carry. You have the option of either going immediately performing a Jerk from the Back Rack into the OHS, or you can drop the bar and then go into the OHS after resting and taking the bar off of the ground again. It should be a load where you can go from the 200-m into the 9 OHS without stopping for at least the first 3 rounds. Lastly, you drop the bar, take a quick break, and then back into the next round.
