CrossFit 190212(Rounds, Rx2) (Rx) CF OPEN 16.3 AMRAP 7min *10 Power Snatches (75/55 lb.) *3 Bar Muscle-ups ______________________________________________________ (Rx2) CF OPEN16.3 AMRAP 7min *10 Power Snatches (45/35 lb.) *5 Jumping Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups ______________________________________________________ GOAL: (Rx) 5-7 rounds Bar Muscle-ups may start out unbroken but will go into smaller reps after a round or two. Power Snatches are best performed in 2 sets throughout the workout to help save it for the MU. (Rx2) 7 rounds Jumping Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups should be a challenging set of 5 each round, starting out unbroken but may need to take 2 sets in order to complete around halfway through. Power Snatches will likely be unbroken.
