    *25 Shoulder-to-Overhead
(*Every time you break on the barbell, perform 7 Burpees.)

SCORE:  Time to complete the workout (Burpees included).
GOAL:
Most everyone will need to break the reps up. Use a strategy. If you can hit at least 15 unbroken, that’s a great number to get before setting the bar down, getting through the Burpees, and finishing out the last 10. What you don’t want to happen is that people get so stubborn and don’t put the bar down, and then you end up resting it on your shoulders for longer than it would have taken to put it down, perform 10 Burpees, AND take a little rest. Be smart! Adjust your strategy on the fly if needed.

The same goes for the Run as above—Run fast! The S2O will get significantly harder each round through both the shoulders and legs. The Runs will start to feel heavy through the legs, but there are only 3, so you can ignore the pain for that amount of time. ;-) Aim for a sub-12 min. finish.

I’ve been part of a handful of gyms over the years, and G Theory CrossFit has been the best! The community is amazing, and whether you’re new or experienced, you instantly feel welcomed. It honestly feels like a family, which is something Iâ€

I heard about this gym while I was in physical therapy for a shoulder impingement. I quickly learned that it is through exercise and movement that injuries heal - not through non-movement. Ginger and all the excellent coaches provide alternative

I've been doing CrossFit for about two years now and have tried out several different gyms. G-Theory is outstanding-- coaches are more attentive and knowledgeable about proper form and mobility than any other gyms I've tried. Lots of personal a

Coach Ginger, owner of G-Theory, has literally changed my life. As a 66 year old woman, I entered Cross Fit with some trepidation. It didn't look like other gyms. There were no machines plugged into outlets and all around me were weights, barbel
