SCORE:
Rounds + reps completed in 18 min.
GOAL:  10+rounds

The goal is to keep a steady pace for the full 18 min. It will be difficult not to go out too hard because of the light loads and low reps for the TGU, as long as you stay relaxed it will help to keep the speed at bay.
The fatigue will probably set in after Round 6 or so. At this point you will be at 6 TGU so your round times will increase a lot. You will start with 30-45-sec. rounds, then slowly move to 1 min.-90-sec. rounds as the TGU increase.

I heard about this gym while I was in physical therapy for a shoulder impingement. I quickly learned that it is through exercise and movement that injuries heal - not through non-movement. Ginger and all the excellent coaches provide alternative

Coach Ginger, owner of G-Theory, has literally changed my life. As a 66 year old woman, I entered Cross Fit with some trepidation. It didn't look like other gyms. There were no machines plugged into outlets and all around me were weights, barbel
