Time to change course today from yesterday’s mega-strength Monday. Running, jumping, and getting gymnasty with Toes-to-bars for a simple 3-round triplet. The volume for each movement is on the high side, with a total of 225 Double-unders, a 1.2-k Run, and 75 Toes-to-bars. This workout is about managing breathing and energy levels, as well as attempting to perform two skilled movements (Double-unders and Toes-to-bars) while fatigued.
