210308 (Time, Rx+, Rx2) Complete 7 unbroken sets of this Barbell complex=35reps/round 5 ROUNDS: (Rx+185/135)(Rx155/105) 7x (1 Power Clean+1 Front Squat+1 Push Press+1 Back Squat+1 Push Press) ___________________________________ SCORE: Time to complete workout, note BB weight in note section. GOAL: You can complete the complex by doing (squat clean+jerk+back squat+behind the head thruster or jerk) but only if efficient with this movement. This is going to get heavy real fast so load accordingly but not too light.
