GOAL: If it isn’t starting to feel challenging halfway through each EMOM, you might have gone too light. For the first EMOM, each rep shouldn’t take much longer than 15 sec., which gives you a 45-sec. rest between reps. For the second EMOM, the 3 reps shouldn’t take more than 25 sec., which gives you about 35 sec. of rest. For both EMOMs, that isn’t a lot of time to rest when going heavy. Fatigue will set in quickly!
