GOAL: HAVE FUN! BE CONFIDENT in your movements today. The first set (80%) should be a load that feels moderately heavy for the first set of 3, and then really challenging for the remaining 4 sets. Especially because you will only have roughly 30-40 sec rest between sets. * The second set (70%) should be a load that you know you can always pick up and perform 5 reps of when fatigued. The challenge again will be the short rest time and managing that fatigue. * The last set (60%) is most likely going to be the hardest. The loading shouldn’t be that much lighter than the previous set, but now you need to get through 7 reps each minute with less rest and be able to perform it for 5 sets.
