221202(Reps, Rx+, Rx2) 10 ROUNDS: 30 sec. Ring Dips (Rx2 Banded) 30 sec. Wall Balls (20/14) 30 sec. Back Squats (Rx+135/95)(Rx115/75) 30 sec. REST _______________________________________ SCORE: Total reps for all movements over all 10 rounds. Each round is 2 min., where the time is divided so you can work straight for 90 sec. and then resting for 30 sec. The Back Squats should be taken from the ground to avoid interference. GOAL: 10-15 reps in each movement across all 10 rounds. Transitions are key today.
