JERK SNATCHER(Time, Rx2) 'Jerk Snatcher'' (Rx 95/65) *30 Clean & Jerks *30 Snatches _______________________________ (Rx2 65/45) *20 Clean & Jerks *20 Snatches _______________________________ SCORE: Time to complete workout. GOAL: Go as fast as you can. This is an all out sprint. If you start to die around 25 reps, hang in there and empty your tank! The Snatches and Cleans are meant to be power from the ground, but not finishing in a squat. If you finish in a squat the weight is too heavy. This is light, and fast.
