This fun and challenging chipper will push you to break up reps to keep moving strategically. Find rep strategies that allow you to keep moving throughout this workout; avoid pushing to the point of failure before reaching the muscle-ups. Advanced athletes finish one round. Break toes-to-bars, wall-ball shots, and cleans into manageable sets to keep moving with small breaks. Default to power cleans unless a squat clean is necessary to complete the lift.
