(Rounds, Rx2)
(Rx) Fitness TEST #1 'FMS' (EMOM for as long as possible before minute runs out PERFORM):

*5 HSPU
*6 Toes-to-Bars
*7 Thrusters (95/65 lb.)
______________________________________________________
(Rx2)
*6 BB Push Presses (45/35 lb.)
*6 Sit-ups
*6 Thrusters (45/35 lb.)
______________________________________________________
(Rx/Rx2) SCORE:
FULL ROUNDS ONLY-partial reps do NOT COUNT, however you should record for future testing.

(Rx) GOAL: Kipping is allowed on the HSPU. The goal is to make it past 10 rounds. You will need to be able to do all the movements unbroken, at least in the first half of the workout. As soon as you start breaking it up, it will take seconds off the rest time, so hang in there as long as possible and take short breaks if needed.

(Rx2) GOAL: Understand that today is not an opportunity to improve their fitness (even though it will), but to test where you're at.

The same goal applies as above for doing all the movements unbroken. This is going to be the best way to attack the workout if you want to make it past the 10-15-minute mark.

I heard about this gym while I was in physical therapy for a shoulder impingement. I quickly learned that it is through exercise and movement that injuries heal - not through non-movement. Ginger and all the excellent coaches provide alternative

Coach Ginger, owner of G-Theory, has literally changed my life. As a 66 year old woman, I entered Cross Fit with some trepidation. It didn't look like other gyms. There were no machines plugged into outlets and all around me were weights, barbel

I've been doing CrossFit for about two years now and have tried out several different gyms. G-Theory is outstanding-- coaches are more attentive and knowledgeable about proper form and mobility than any other gyms I've tried. Lots of personal a

I am a beginner at crossfit and was a bit scared about how things were going to go for me with it. I LOVE IT! Ginger is a great instructor. She cares about teaching the basics so you learn the proper forms. Everyone that I have met there is suppo
