GOAL:  Short fast aggressive workout.  10-12min. 15min cap. The idea for this workout is to get the Squats done unbroken and spend the first half of the Row trying to figure out where the legs have gone. Toward the middle of the row, you should try to pick up speed and hang on until the end!

I am a beginner at crossfit and was a bit scared about how things were going to go for me with it. I LOVE IT! Ginger is a great instructor. She cares about teaching the basics so you learn the proper forms. Everyone that I have met there is suppo
