CrossFit 200212(Reps) PARTNER WORKOUT: (Rx) AMRAP 5 min. Max Double-unders * One person working at a time AMRAP 5 min. Max Rounds: * One round each “I-go-you-go” *10 SA KB OH Walking Lunges (53/35) *10 SA KB Shoulder-to-Overhead AMRAP 5 min. * One person working at a time-switch every 30-40 seconds *Max Calorie Row ___________________________________ SCORE: Total number of reps performed throughout the 15 min. GOAL: AMRAP 1: Quick transitions and communication-keep moving. Fast feet if struggling with singles. Volume and getting the heart rate up is key. AMRAP 2: Perform 1 round about every 30 sec., or about 5 rounds each (10 total) in the 5 min. AMRAP 3: Row for about 30-40 sec., then switch. Any more work than that and will diminish the goal for both partners.
